Communications Specialist CATERPILLAR / January 2024 to present

 Responsibilities:  

  • Work with HR, other internal communication leads, the leadership team and others to engage, inform and direct employees on company’s strategy and priorities.
  • Contribute to quarterly all hands meetings, including designing the slide deck and in-person room set-up.
  • Created and manage the internal communications calendar.
  • Update the intranet site on Microsoft SharePoint; created the local Communications site.
